Cysparks was engaged to design and build a high-performance, modern ecommerce website for Techlynk, a smart technology and IoT solutions provider operating across Kenya and East Africa. The goal was to create a digital platform that clearly communicates Techlynk’s service offering, builds trust, and supports online product sales and service inquiries.
The website presents Techlynk’s full ecosystem including smart security systems, CCTV, IoT sensors, fleet tracking, smart home devices, installation services, maintenance, and consultancy. It features a clean, conversion-focused layout, mobile-first design, structured service pages, product catalog sections, partner brand showcase, live performance metrics, case study highlights, and lead generation flows.
The platform also supports ecommerce functionality for product browsing and checkout, newsletter subscriptions, demo requests, and service bookings. The result is a professional digital storefront that positions Techlynk as a serious market player while making it easy for customers to engage, inquire, and transact.
Problem Statement
Techlynk lacked a professional digital presence that could properly represent the scale of its services, support product sales, and build credibility with enterprise and residential clients.
