The East Africa Tour Guides and Drivers Association (EATGDA) needed a modern, well-structured digital presence that reflected their professionalism and regional impact. Their existing platform lacked clarity, visual appeal, and seamless navigation — which affected member engagement and limited their influence in the tourism sector.
We redesigned the EATGDA website to present their services, membership benefits, testimonials, and destinations in a clean, professional layout. We structured the content for both tourists and professionals, added a clear call to action for membership, and integrated contact, testimonials, SACCO details, and resource sections.
The result is a platform that positions EATGDA as a leading voice in East African tourism — driving membership growth, increasing trust, and improving user experience.
Problem Statement
EATGDA’s previous website did not effectively reflect its scale, credibility, or value to both members and tourists. The layout was outdated, the user journey was disjointed, and key information was buried — making it hard for stakeholders to engage meaningfully with the organization.
