A responsive, product-focused website created for Alpha Surgical Supplies to showcase medical and surgical equipment for clinics, hospitals, and healthcare buyers. We built a professional corporate site for Alpha Surgicals Kenya and integrated their operations with Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk. The setup included a custom CRM pipeline, support desk integration with call handling, and analytics to streamline customer service and improve internal workflows.
Problem Statement
Alpha Surgical Supplies needed a clean and informative website to present their vast catalog of surgical and medical products. Their previous online presence lacked structure, clarity, and professional credibility—making it hard for potential clients to explore and trust their offerings.

We built a Wix-based website, integrated Zoho Desk with VoIP, and configured Zoho CRM pipelines with training support.
