About the Role

Supporting the technical needs of customers, resolving technical issues and engaging on additional issues or opportunities for the DevOps tools and products
Develop deep understanding of the customer products and technology, work closely with engineering and sales to resolve critical technical issues
Engage with the sales prospects in preparation and presentation of the DevOps product and technology and addressing technical questions during the sales cycle

Requirements

Strong understanding of various Infrastructure Automation Tools such asTerraform and/or CloudFormation

Experience in architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions

Experience with Container Orchestration tools like OpenShift or Kubernetes

Solid experience in writing Docker files and Helm charts

Familiarity with Configuration Management tools, such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, and/or Windows PowerShell DSC

Solid understanding of on-premises and cloud networking, security, and related technologies

Knowledge of compute runtime environments and the differences between native compute, virtual, and containers

Previous experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and/or ELK
